Deborah is an Associate in our Corporate and Financial Services practice group.
Her practice areas include capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, funds as well as corporate regulatory and compliance.
Deborah graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.
