Cyril is a Senior Associate in the Family and Divorce Practice Group. He specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious family law-related matters. He has acted as lead counsel in all levels of the Singapore Court system, including matters pertaining to divorce proceedings, ancillary matters proceedings, relocation applications, variation applications, family violence proceedings, committal applications and cross-jurisdictional disputes such as international child abduction issues.
Cyril was listed as one of the Family Law Rising Stars in the 2023 edition of the Doyle's Guide – Singapore.
Cyril is a firm believer of therapeutic justice in the practice of matrimonial law. Notwithstanding his vast experience in court litigation proceedings, Cyril similarly utilises skilled negotiation in various forms of alternative dispute resolution processes to tailor bespoke solutions for his clients.
