Also adept at alternative dispute resolution and frequently represents clients in negotiations or mediations particularly in sensitive cases involving the medical board, children or deaths.

Successful out-of-court settlement for Estate of deceased against two medical institutions in a medical negligence case.
Achieved $1million settlement for Estate/dependent of deceased in a fatal motor accident.
Achieved $320,000 settlement for claimant against tortfeasor in a personal injury motor accident suit.
Achieved $60,000 settlement for claimant against town council in respect of personal injuries suffered from fall.
Also handles criminal litigation (particularly traffic related offences) and family matters (Adoption, Guardianship, Divorce).
Adept at estate planning such as advising and drafting of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Family Deeds and Power of Attorney, and applying for Deputyship Application and Probate/Letters of Administration/Resealing.
Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in April 2017.
