His practice areas include capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, funds as well as corporate regulatory and compliance.
Eugene graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2021 with an LL.B. and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
