- Acted for the plaintiff in the landmark High Court decision on damages for breach of confidence, conspiracy, and inducement of breach of contract where the court awarded approximately S$880,000 in damages, one of the highest in recent employment disputes, and set a precedent on employee obligations and confidentiality (3D Infosystems Pte Ltd v Voon South Shiong & Sunway Digital Pte Ltd [2024] SGHC 237)
- Acted for a group of beneficiaries in complex, multi-generational trust dispute involving over S$1.4 million where the High Court clarified the law on equitable recoupment and the administration of historical over-and under-payments (British and Malayan Trustees Ltd v Ameen Ali Salim Talib and others [2024] SGHC 203)
- Acted for the claimant in a high profile defamation suit arising from social media posts and successfully negotiated the settlement in the claimant's favour
- Acted for a prominent religious society in a passing off claim against another religious organization and acheived a settlement in the client's favour
