• Acted as counsel in the divestment of units in an investment fund specialising in purpose-built student accommodation in Australia to an investment entity affiliated with GIC.
• Acted as counsel for a global renewable energy company on the disposal of seed assets of a solar infrastructure fund for an aggregate amount of US$78 million.
• Acted for a publicly listed company in the sale of a property holding company, which owns commercial real estate valued at S$348 million.
• Advised and acted for a capital markets services licenced subsidiary of a Chinese bank on their ongoing regulatory and compliance matters.
