Over the years, Andrea has advised and represented individuals, commercial entities (owners / developers, contractors, consultants, landlords) and statutory boards in a wide range of matters from dispute resolution and prevention perspectives.
As part of Andrea's broader experience, Andrea has handled matters involving leases, insurance, debt recovery and enforcement.
On the advisory front, Andrea has also drafted, reviewed and advised on construction agreements, consultancy agreements and ancillary documentation for residential, commercial and industrial projects, in addition to general commercial contracts.

Experience
- Represented the purchasers in an ICC arbitration arising out of a contract for sale of drone systems, involving issues of technical performance and termination under Chinese law.
- Represented a sub-contractor in an SIAC arbitration arising out of a large domestic public infrastructure project involving issues of remeasurement, delay, disputed variations and backcharges.
- Represented Chinese entities in an SIAC arbitration arising out of a contract for the construction of a hospitality project in Thailand incorporating the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction, involving a sum in dispute of over US$40 million.
- Represented an individual in resisting a Mareva injunction over US$17 million, which was heard before a 5-judge Court of Appeal in a landmark decision on Mareva injunctions in aid of foreign court proceedings [Bi Xiaoqiong v China Medical Technologies, Inc (in liquidation) and another [2019] SGCA 50].
