We act for patients, healthcare professionals, and institutions in claims involving alleged breaches of duty, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and failure to obtain informed consent.

We are experienced in disciplinary proceedings before the Singapore courts, having been instructed by the Secretariat of Professional Healthcare Bodies to conduct prosecutions on behalf of healthcare bodies such as the Singapore Medical Council, Singapore Dental Council, Allied Healthcare Professions Council, Optometrists and Opticians Board, and Singapore Pharmacy Council. Our lawyers also act as legal advisors to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board. As counsel for the Singapore Medical Council, we have acted in some of the seminal cases in professional misconduct, including Singapore Medical Council v Wong Him Choon [2016] 4 SLR 1086 (the first ever appeal brought by the Singapore Medical Council against conviction and sentence) and Wong Meng Hang v Singapore Medical Council [2019] 3 SLR 526 (which established the now well-known Wong Meng Hang sentencing framework).

Our lawyers also contributed to the 2025 Reissue of the Halsbury Laws of Singapore edition on Medical Negligence and Professional Misconduct.
