We represent individuals, corporations, and government agencies across a broad spectrum of criminal matters. We are recognised for our deep expertise in both white-collar and blue-collar offences, and are regularly instructed in cases involving financial fraud, market manipulation, bribery, and regulatory offences. From 2016 to 2017, we acted for the only Singaporean banker to be involved in Malaysia’s 1MDB scandal (Public Prosecutor v Yeo Jiawei [2017] SGDC 11). From 2018 to 2020, we defended the 2nd accused in the most serious case of stock market manipulation in Singapore (Public Prosecutor v Soh Chee Wen & Quah Su-Ling [2023] SGHC 299), which spanned almost 200 trial days and involved almost 100 witnesses.

Beyond financial crime, our team has successfully defended clients in everyday offences that affect lives and livelihoods, including road traffic violations, property offences, and personal conduct matters. Our team are also active CLAS volunteers, having represented clients at all levels of the Singapore courts. We also provide strategic guidance from the earliest stages of the investigation, from the pre-charge stage all the way to any trial and subsequent appeal.

In addition, our team acts as prosecuting counsel for government authorities as well as professional disciplinary bodies, including the Energy Market Authority, Singapore Medical Council, and Singapore Dental Council. As one of the few private firms in Singapore that conducts prosecutions along with a defence practice, we tap on our knowledge of criminal prosecutions to better represent our clients.
