We have extensive experience in acting in complex commercial disputes in the Singapore Courts and in domestic and international arbitration. These include shareholder and partnership disputes, minority oppression claims, claims involving breach of directors’ duties, contractual claims and commercial torts. 

Apart from business disputes, our work includes acting in claims for defamation, breach of trust, contentious probate and professional negligence claims. 

Our team has also acted in various arbitration-related applications in the General Division of the Singapore High Court and the Singapore International Commercial Court, such as enforcement of arbitration awards, setting aside applications and jurisdictional challenges.
