Asset Recovery

  • Commencing legal proceedings to obtain court judgment, and subsequent enforcement actions to execute the court judgment (e.g. writ of distress, writ of possession, garnishee, seizure and sale, examination of judgment debtor, etc.)
  • Commencing bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings against debtors, and creditor representation in such proceedings
  • Representing creditors in statutory restructuring regimes such as scheme of arrangements, pre-scheme moratorium, judicial management, etc.

Government representation

Our lawyers are also gazetted as counsel to appear on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore in civil proceedings for claims relating to State land and have acted for Singapore Land Authority in asset and debt recovery matters.
