- Assisting institutional clients in debt recovery matters, including commencement of proceedings, obtaining default judgments, and handling bankruptcy proceedings.
- Had exposure to annulment applications from both the creditor and debtor side, including defending a creditor bank in a debtor’s annulment application and assisting on an application to annul a bankruptcy order.
