  • Represented a Father in two variation proceedings, successfully securing enhanced access arrangements and subsequently obtaining sole care and control of his daughter.
  • Represented a Mother in resisting the Father’s application for the daughter's immediate return to Singapore, with the Court dismissing the Father's application.
  • Represented a Father in an application to cease spousal maintenance payments, with the Court ruling in his favour.
