Andy is a Partner and Co-Head of the Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in Court proceedings as well as arbitration over disputes arising from contractual matters, fiduciary duties, negligence, defamation, general asset recovery, probate, trust, insolvency and restructuring, infringement of intellectual property and land law.
Andy has acted for the former shareholders and directors of Raffles Town Club, the Philippines Government in relation to the recovery of monies allegedly appropriated by the former President Marcos and his family, Business Software Alliance on a defamation suit, a leading producer of Australian television programmes and Nike International Ltd in intellectual property infringement suits.
Andy has also acted for local and regional companies in various arbitrations under the SIAC and ICC Rules of Arbitration.
Apart from disputes management, Andy also heads the Firm’s Sports Law and Media practice.
