Harry Elias Partnership's Kennedy Chen, Partner (Corporate and Finance) has been appointed by FIDReC to its panel of Neutrals. FIDReC is the designated dispute resolution scheme under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Dispute Resolution Schemes) Regulations 2007. As part of this panel, Kennedy will assist FIDReC in handling disputes between consumers and financial institutions. FIDReC acts as an independent, impartial and affordable alternative dispute resolution institution and aims to be a one-stop platform that consolidates previous schemes for banks and insurance companies.
