- Represented a client in a contentious case involving issues of trust and breaches of fiduciary duties where the properties include Singapore's 1st elected President's conserved property worth over US$76 million and other family companies.
- Represented a Netherlands-based company in SIAC arbitration and court proceedings for in claims of over US$63 million relating to breaches of contract.
- Represented an employee against a listed German multi-national software corporation in employment-related claims.
- Advised parties based in Hong Kong and Mainland China in contemplated SIAC arbitration proceedings with claims worth over US$10 million for alleged breaches of a Stock Loan Agreement.
- Advised co-founder of AI-based software development company valued at around US$1.8 billion in dispute regarding breaches of fiduciary duties.
- Defended a director of a Singapore group of companies with a combined company value of over S$10 million) in a minority oppression suit.
