Harry Elias Partnership's Kennedy Chen, Partner, advises on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from Singapore into Vietnam in the Renewable Energy Sector

Harry Elias Partnership LLP as Singapore Counsel, together with Asia Counsel (Vietnam), participated in an Electric Vehicle (EV) and renewables deal involving Singapore private equity into Vietnam, coordinating necessary due diligence and deal structuring and implementation. Our Partner, Kennedy Chen (Corporate and Finance), led the deal for the firm.
