Harry Elias Partnership LLP Advised Advanced Holdings Limited In Relation To The Proposed Acquisition By The Company Of The Entire Equity Interest In Agricore Global Pte Ltd

The Firm has advised Advanced Holdings Limited in relation to the proposed acquisition by the Company of the entire equity interest in Agricore Global Pte Ltd, together with its subsidiaries and associated companies from Hoch Ventures Limited, Vertex DG Pte Ltd, Mr Hery Hermawan Herijanto and his family members.

The Proposed Acquisition, if undertaken and completed, is expected to result in a reverse takeover of the Company under Rule 1015 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The Proposed Acquisition, if undertaken and completed, will also constitute an interested person transaction under Chapter 9 of the Listing Rules.
