Appointed External Counsel of Philippines-listed Jollibee Foods Corporation

Harry Elias Partnership (HEP) and Kennedy Chen have been engaged as one of the Singapore external counsels of Philippines-listed Jollibee Foods Corporation (“JFC”), as the Jollibee Group of Companies strengthens its international presence. Prior to this, the firm had already been working with one of JFC’s key subsidiaries which has an office in Singapore.

HEP are delighted with the opportunity to be able to work with Jollibee.

Jollibee is the largest fast-food chain brand in the Philippines, operating a network of close to 1,200 stores. A dominant market leader in the Philippines, Jollibee enjoys the lion's share of the local market that accounts for more than all the other multinational fast-food brands in the Philippines combined.  Jollibee also has over 300 stores abroad.
