Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of LianLian DigiTech Co., Ltd., and assisted on drafting sections of the prospectus relating to Starlink Financial Technologies Pte. Ltd. and the Singapore laws and regulations. LianLian is a global digital payment solution provider with subsidiaries in Singapore, the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, USA, UK and Japan.
