- Advised clients in both contested and uncontested divorce proceedings involving children's issues, property division, and spousal and child maintenance, with an aim to achieve fair outcomes while minimising financial and emotional strain.
- Supported clients in Personal Protection Order (PPO) and maintenance (MSS) proceedings, ensuring clients’ concerns were effectively addressed and desired outcomes achieved.
- Advised on variation applications concerning care and control, access, and maintenance, and recommended practical adjustments to existing orders.
- Handled cases involving jurisdictional disputes and foreign assets, including application for stay of proceedings.
