Experience

  • Advised and represented an institutional Landlord of an Applicant company undergoing corporate restructuring by a Scheme of Arrangement, where the Landlord sought to resist the application for restructuring
  • Advised and represented Banks on insolvency and debt recovery matters
  • Advised and represented companies to resist Winding Up Applications
  • Advised and represented parties in a cross-border loan transaction dispute involving shares in a listed Singapore company worth US$100m, including issues on jurisdiction and costs (both local and foreign).
