• Advising a subsidiary of a listed company in the acquisition of all 33 strata units in a building situated along Middle Road Singapore for $80 million as well as the termination of the strata subdivision for the building
• Advising a subsidiary of a listed company in the acquisition of a building situated along Armenian Street Singapore for $26.5 million
• Advising various corporate entities in the acquisition of shophouses, JTC properties and industrial properties
• Advising the landlords in the preparation of retail and office leases for commercial buildings situated along Robinson Road, Anson Road and Gateway Drive
• Advising a REIT in the preparation of retail and industrial leases
