Experience
- Successfully represented the plaintiff wife in XIU v XIV[2025] SGHCF 28 in contested divorce proceedings before the Family Division of the High Court, securing inclusion of dissipated assets into the matrimonial pool, a majority share of assets, and spousal maintenance.
- Successfully obtained a personal protection order in a contentious family violence dispute.
- Successfully defended against an interim maintenance application and upheld the parties’ prenuptial agreement.
- Acted in contested Guardianship of Infants Act proceedings, securing shared care and control arrangements in favour of the applicant.
- Represented the applicant in contested cross-border divorce proceedings involving a jurisdictional challenge of the Family Justice Courts.
- Advised the applicant in contested divorce proceedings involving a matrimonial pool in excess of S$700 million, assets spanning multiple jurisdictions and concerning third-party interests.
