HEP acted for AcroMeta Group Limited in relation to its renounceable non-underwritten rights cum warrants issue

The Corporate and Financial Services Regulation practice group of Harry Elias Partnership LLP recently acted for AcroMeta Group Limited (listed on Catalist) in relation to its renounceable non-underwritten rights cum warrants issue which is intended to fund the group’s new initiatives including, but not limited to, its mineral trading business and development of its AI-powered marketplace platform. Acrometa Group Limited is in the business of providing specialist maintenance services in the field of controlled environments such as cleanrooms, medical and sterile facilities, and laboratories, and the wholesale trading of non-metallic mineral products.
