- Supported in an M&A transaction for a sale of a notable F&B business up to S$9 million, as seller's counsel.
- Supported in a public M&A transaction for a sale of a private company to a major distributor of a comprehensive range of steel products listed in the Singapore Exchange up to SS8.8 million, as seller's counsel.
- Assisted a global integrated logistics service provider in various transactions including, waiver to the Singapore Exchange from compliance with listing rules, the disposal of their material subsidiaries of up to SS67 million to one of the world’s leading logistics providers, listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange and disposal of an indirect subsidiary.
- Assisted in a broad range of transactions and corporate actions undertaken by Singapore listed companies, including ensuring adherence to all relevant exchange regulations.
