Harry Elias Partnership helps to resolve Ex-President Ong Teng Cheong's family dispute

The Straits Times on 7 November 2022 reported that former President Ong Teng Cheong's family dispute had been resolved amicably through mediation. Our Partner Francis Goh (Head International Arbitration and Private Wealth) together with Senior Associate Selina Yap (International Arbitration) acted for Ms Wang Yi Yi, the former wife of Ong Tze Boon, who is the trustee of the property and a shareholder and director of O&O Capital and Wang Investment.
