Harry Elias Partnership conducts training session for ECC and CBM Group

Harry Elias Partnership's Justin Chia, Partner and Head, Insolvency and Restructuring, together with our Of Counsel, Kok Yee Keong (Insolvency and Restructuring) and Of Counsel, Charles Ho (Insolvency and Restructuring) conducted a training session on 1 November 2022 to Empire City Consultant (ECC) and also representatives from the IFS ( Integrated Facilities Services) Division and the Finance Division for the CBM Group, on recovery of MCST arrears and other MCST related issues. The CEO Mr. Roy Chiang and Financial Controller (FC) Lay Kuan were also in attendance. ECC is Managing Agent for about 16 residential, commercial, retail and industrial estates and CBM Pte Ltd has 11 business arms.
