Of Counsel Akesh Abhilash appointed as adjudicator/determinant for dispute resolution schemes in SMC's pilot projects

Harry Elias Partnership Of Counsel Akesh Abhilash has been appointed as adjudicator/determinant for dispute resolution schemes in the Singapore Mediation Centre’s (SMC) pilot projects that will involve low value disputes. The first of these pilot projects is the ADR Scheme jointly developed and administered by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and SMC which will launch on 1 April 2022. The ADR Scheme will cover disputes over billing and unsolicited charges for all telecom and media services.
