Conversion to Harry Elias Partnership LLP

Please be informed that on 1 February 2010, Harry Elias Partnership converted to a limited liability law partnership, pursuant to the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, Singapore (Chapter 163A). We now operate under the name of Harry Elias Partnership LLP and our LLP registration number is T10LL0175E.

As a result of the conversion, the business of the law partnership Harry Elias Partnership has been transferred to Harry Elias Partnership LLP, with effect from 1 February 2010. Harry Elias Partnership LLP has replaced Harry Elias Partnership as the provider of legal services to the client, and all documents, funds and moneys held by Harry Elias Partnership for and on behalf of the client have been transferred to Harry Elias Partnership LLP to be held for or on account of that client.

To our existing clients, no action is required on your part, as a result of the conversion, and the conversion does not affect the current arrangement and relationship that you have with us, which remain unchanged.
