Advised Sparrow in relation to the Series A4 financing round under which Gain Loyal Ltd. invested approximately S$6 million in amount in Sparrow

The corporate and financial services practice group of Harry Elias Partnership advised Sparrow Tech Private Limited (“Sparrow”) in relation to the Series A4 financing round under which Gain Loyal Ltd. invested approximately S$6 million in amount in Sparrow (the “Investment”).

Sparrow is a Singapore-based company engaged in developing and offering a digital asset options trading platform and is a finalist of the Fintech Awards in the Singapore Fintech Festival 2019. The Harry Elias Partnership team had previously advised Sparrow on the previous Series A financing rounds undertaken by Sparrow, under which Sparrow fundraised around S$11.5 million in aggregate amount (including the amount fundraised pursuant to the Investment) and has also been advising Sparrow on other regulatory and corporate matters.
