Rajiv is an Associate in the Construction and Engineering Practice Group. He has acted in various commercial disputes, with a focus on contentious and non-contentious aspects of construction, infrastructure and energy matters.

Prior to joining Harry Elias Partnership LLP, Rajiv practised in a top-tier disputes boutique under eminent Senior Counsel, where he focused on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. Rajiv has also practised as an Australian-qualified solicitor at a leading construction and infrastructure firm in Melbourne, conducting large-scale arbitrations and provided ongoing advice to clients regarding public infrastructure projects across Australia.

Rajiv graduated with First Class Honours from Monash University, Australia. Rajiv was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022, and was admitted to practice in both Australia and New Zealand in 2021.
