Harry Elias Partnership LLP ranked third in ALB Employer of Choice Survey 2012

An online survey was conducted between February and March 2012 to leading law firms and lawyers across Asia that asked 15 questions pertaining to a law firm's performance as an employer. The anonymous survey, which was sent out to respondents – ranging from paralegals to managing partners – invited them to rate their employers and comment on key areas including work-life balance, remuneration, promotion prospects and IT support, among others. The final list for Singapore saw a total of 5 law firms competing for the title. The specific responses were graded on a scale of 1 to 3 (critical-neutral-positive).

The results of that survey ranked the Firm as third place in the recent ALB Employer of Choice 2012 survey. In that survey HEP was described by an anonymous respondent as offering "great practical experience" with "[directors] who are approachable" and "willing to do the work with associates".

About the ALB Employer of Choice Survey:

Every year, the ALB Employer of Choice survey recognizes top employers among numerous law firms surveyed across Asia. This year, the survey was conducted over a month in March. The final assessment was judged based on accumulation of quantitative and qualitative results.
