Eversheds Harry Elias one of the co-hosts for the IHC Singapore 2019

Eversheds Harry Elias was one of the co-hosts for the IHC Singapore 2019, held at Marina Mandarin on 12 September. The conference gathered together leading in-house lawyers, CEOs, company directors and compliance professionals from both private and public sectors in Singapore. KK Lim, Head of Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection conducted a workshop titled “Active Enforcement Framework and Data Breach”. He shared his insights on the state of cybersecurity in Singapore, The Active Enforcement Framework from PDPC and the implication on implementing a mandatory data breach reporting regime. The session was very well-attended by the conference participants.
