Akesh Abhilash our Of Counsel in Litigation quoted in Straits Times 19 August 2022

Akesh Abhilash, Of Counsel, of our Litigation and Dispute Management Practice Group, was quoted in the Straits Times report of 19 August 2022 "Influencer Rachel Wong resolves defamation suit against woman who accused her of cheating" by Jean Lau. Akesh represented Ms Wong in the matter to a successful settlement between the parties. Akesh was reported to have said that he was pleased that the dispute was resolved amicably with (his) client's reputation being vindicated.  Cherrilynn Chia, our Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management practice Group assisted in the matter.
