Benjamin is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Engineering Practice Group. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018 and has experience in a broad range of matters, including but not limited to high value commercial disputes, construction adjudications and international arbitrations under the SIAC and ICC.
His recent experience includes:
- Acting for a listed Japanese company in international arbitration proceedings held under ICC Rules
- Acting for a Malaysian water filtration company in proceedings held in the Singapore International Commercial Court
- Acting for a Belgian marine construction company in arbitration proceedings held at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre
- Acting for a Chinese online payment platform, including setting aside a Mareva (freezing order) Injunction against its local Singaporean subsidiary.
