Partner Shaun Leong, FCIArb, appointed Panel Arbitrator of premier ASEAN international arbitration centre

Eversheds Harry Elias is proud that its Partner, Shaun Leong, FCIArb, has been appointed a Panel Arbitrator of the Thailand Arbitration Centre, a premier international arbitration centre in the ASEAN region.

The Thailand Arbitration Centre is an institution founded to promote and strengthen the alternative dispute resolution system and services in Thailand, with focus on resolving cross border commercial disputes between parties from various jurisdictions, including Thailand and in particular parties from the ASEAN region.

Shaun is an international arbitration specialist with more than a decade of experience, having formerly served in a judicial capacity as a Magistrate and Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court where he published several notable written judgments on international arbitration law. He is ranked as Singapore’s most influential, youngest international arbitration specialist from a global firm, by the Singapore Business Review, and sits on the panel of several premier international arbitration centres as an Arbitrator.
