Eversheds Harry Elias is pleased that International Arbitration Partner Shaun Leong is a contributing author to Chitty on Contracts, Hong Kong Specific Contracts (6^th Edition). This places Eversheds Harry Elias, for the first time ever, as a named contributing law firm to this essential text. Since 1826, Chitty on Contracts has been recognised as the leading, authoritative book on the law of contract covering comprehensive insight into different aspects of contract law, from contractual responsibilities, obligations to entitlements.

Shaun, an accredited international arbitrator and mediator with the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management and Global Mediation and Conciliation network, contributed by writing on, amongst others, the impact of the Singapore Mediation Convention. Uniquely, there are also chapters on Information Technology and Cyber Law. Alongside Shaun as contributing authors are other colleagues from the global Eversheds Sutherland network, Hong Kong Partner Kingsley Ong and UK Senior Associate Laura Feldman.
