Changzhong is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Management Team.

He handles and assists in a broad range of commercial and civil disputes and has also advised and acted in insolvency, criminal, disciplinary, trust, and probate matters.

His recent experience includes:

  • Assisting with defending a claim arising from a partnership dispute for about S$ 6 million in assets;
  • Assisting with the appeal of the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore’s decision to penalize fresh chicken distributors for price-fixing;
  • Assisting with an appeal relating to the winding-up of two companies worth S$ 60 million in collective assets;
  • Assisting in the rectification of a scheme for the administration of a charitable trust concerning more than S$ 50 million in assets;
  • Advising on a wide range of contractual, trust, and employment matters; and
  • Handling claims and enforcement for various individuals and corporations in various contractual and debt recovery matters before the Magistrate and District Courts.

Changzhong also serves regularly with the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, the Community Legal Clinics, and Justice Without Borders.

Changzhong graduated from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017.
