Ravindran is currently a Consultant with the Firm.  He has over 22 of years in general corporate and commercial work in Singapore and across the region with particular focus in India.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ravindran was the founding partner of two other Singapore law firms.   He was also a Singapore Member of Parliament from 1997 to 2006. Other prior appointments include Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Defence and Foreign Affairs, Board Member of the People’s Association, and Deputy Chairman in the Government Parliamentary Committee for Home Affairs and Law, and a member of the Jurong Town Council and Marine Parade Town Council, the South East Community Development Council. 

Ravindran sits as a director on several private and publicly listed companies.

Ravindran was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986 and obtained a Master of Laws in 1991.
