Justin is a Partner in the Firm’s Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice Group and is also Head of the Firm’s Insolvency and Asset Recovery Practice Group. He has extensive experience in banking and insolvency issues acting for banks and companies involving the recovery of both moveable and immovable assets, mortgage actions, debt recovery and liquidation of companies. Justin also advises major commercial and residential landlords and tenants, management corporations and managing agents on tenancy issues, strata titles, building management and maintenance and related issues. The Practice Group which he heads, was recently shortlisted as a finalist in the inaugural ALB Southeast Asia Law Awards 2010.

Justin is also a regular speaker on the legal circuits and has conducted talks on tenancy, bankruptcy and other enforcement issues.

Justin was on the Dean’s List during his undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore. He was also one of the selected few to have attended the Legal Service’s Judiciary Internship Programme in the Subordinate Courts and High Court, which provided a valuable insight into the operations of the Courts.

Justin was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
