Gim Hong is a Partner in the Real Estate and Banking Practice Group.

Her main areas of practice encompass corporate real estate disposals or acquisitions, government land sales, property advisory work, leasing of residential and commercial properties and sale and purchase of residential properties.

Significant transactions which Gim Hong has been involved in include the acquisition and lease-back of commercial and industrial properties for real estate investment trusts; the sale and purchase of Grade A commercial and office developments in the central business district, ranging from S$200 million to S$1 billion; and acting for major landlords and tenants in their negotiations and tenancies. Her roles have also included advising management corporations, building owners and tenants on matters relating to the control and management of common property in prime buildings.

Gim Hong was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995.
