Douglas Koh is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Practice Group.

His main practice areas include initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, rights issues, acquisitions, investments throughout Asia particularly in the PRC. He has also been involved in landmark transactions including the SGD277 million initial public offering of Tiger Airways Holdings Limited where he was a member of the team advising Singapore Airlines Limited.

Before joining the Firm, Douglas practised with one of the largest law firms in Singapore. Prior to that, he lived and worked in China for 15 years where he gained notable local and international experience advising and assisting clients worldwide, particularly from South East Asia, in executing major corporate transactions in the PRC.

Douglas is effectively bilingual and is currently a legal advisor to the two leading non-profit organisations in Singapore being, the Gao Clan Association and Leong Khay Huay Kuan. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1993.
