We have one of the largest Family and Matrimonial Law practice in Singapore in terms of number of briefs and lawyers and was consistently nominated as one of the best Family Law Practice Groups by Asian Legal Business.

Our team of specialized and dedicated family and matrimonial lawyers has an extensive and varied experience in advising and managing divorces, custody disputes, complex asset tracing, division of matrimonial assets and maintenance issues.

In 2002, our practice group filed the highest number of discovery applications in the Family Court and since then has held the market share in this field.  We are also one of the few firms that leverage on technology by using the video conferencing system linked with the Family Court to conduct our Status Conferences/Pre-Trial Conferences with a view to minimize costs for clients and to ensure efficiency. 

Every client is given specialized and individual attention by a team of dedicated lawyers headed by a Partner and supported by experienced legal associates and professional support staff.

With our extensive experience in matrimonial practice, we fully understand and appreciate that in matrimonial proceedings, the experience clients undergo can be emotionally painful, spiritually draining, mentally exhausting and financially burdensome. In line with our Firm’s multi-disciplinary practice, we are able to leverage on the capabilities of various other practice groups within the Firm in order to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.  The Practice Group also has extensive contacts with external eminent consultants in the field of discreet fact finding private investigation, expert psychiatric and counseling consultation, and accounting and valuation consultants. Two of our lawyers presently serve on the Family Law Sub-Committee of the Law Society of Singapore and regularly give feedback and direction on issues relating to family law practice in Singapore.
