Founding Partner of RHT joins Harry Elias Partnership LLP

Mr Hee Theng Fong, one of the founding partners of RHT has made his move to join Harry Elias Partnership LLP (HEP) with effect from 1 January 2014 as a Consultant.

“Theng Fong is a very senior lawyer which brings with him more than 30 years of experience which we believe will further strengthen the capabilities of our civil and commercial practice” said HEP’s Managing Partner Philip Fong.

“His expertise, particularly in International Arbitration, will further enhance our Firm's dispute resolution capabilities in the region”, he said.

“His knowledge in China law will complement the China focus of our Corporate Practice Group and will bring much value to support our Firm’s strategy of extending our cross-border capabilities.”

The Firm in the previous year recruited Corporate Partner Ong Wei Jin which boosted the Firm’s capabilities on China related matters.
